أولا أريد  التأكيد  على   أنه  للوحدة  الوطنية  مستويات  مختلفة   ,  والمستوى    الذي   يمكن له  أن  يكون  قاسما  مشتركا   بين  الجميع  هو   ارادة   الخير  والتقدم    لليلاد  , وما  عدا  ذلك   لاعلاقة  له  بالوحدة  الوطنية, فلا  وحدة   وطنية  بخصوص الرؤية , ولا  وحدة  وطنية   بخصوص   الموقف , ولا   ادراك   المشاكل  ولا  حتى  علاجها!,هذه  المستويات   هي  مستويات   الاختلاف  الخلاق   ,  والمحافظة  على  الاختلاف  على  هذا المستويات    هو  من  أهم     الضرورات    ,  ذلك  لأن  الفكر  الموحد  عقيم,  والموقف   الموحد   هو  بحد  ذاته  ديكتاتورية ,  أو  أنه   يسمح  للديكتاتورية  بركوبه , أعجب  هنا   من خلفية  هذه  الدعوات  اليتيمة ,  اذ  لاوجود    لشبيه  لها    في   المجتمعات   التي  تقدمت  وحلت  مشاكلها  وأزماتها  , فالتقدم هو  ترجمة  لتجاوز  المحن  والأزمات   ,  المجتمعات  المتقدمة    تستطيع  حل  مشاكلها   بوجود  الاختلاف  الخلاق والمقتدر  على ابتكار   أفضل   الحلول   لأعظم  المشاكل ,

تحول   مفهوم   الوحدة  الوطنية   الطوباوي   الى  مرتع   للاستغلال  والتحوير  والتقزيم  والتشويه ,  فمن  أجل وهم   الوحدة  الوطنية   الضبابية   كانت  هناك  ممارسات   لاعلاقة  لها  بخير  البلاد   , بل على  العكس  من  ذلك … العبارة  جميلة   … وحدة  ..  ثم  وطنية ..! ولكن من  يمارس   هذه  الوطنية  الخلابة   من   حضرات  الأعراب ؟؟,  فالعرب   من  أكثر   شعوب  الدنيا   حديثا  عن  الوحدة   , ومن   أكثر  شعوب   الدنيا  شقاقا  ونفاقا   …  من   أكثر  شعوب  العالم    حديثا  وتفاخرا  بالوطنية  والشعب  العظيم   والبدوية  التي  لم  تتوقف   عن  انارة     طريق  البشرية  طوال    أربع  عشر  قرنا ,  الا   أنهم  من   أكثر  خلق  الله  خيانة  وظلاما  وظلما ,   نوروا  المعمورة  بالحضارة  ,بالرغم   من   الشفهية   المطلقة  قبل  1400  سنة , ولا يزالون     ينورون    بأمية   60٪  منهم ,  لاقراءة  أكثر  من  صفحة  مقارنة   بقراءة   البريطاني    لخمسين  كتاب   سنويا  …تصورا   حال   البشرية     في  مجال   النور  والتقدم   لو   تمكن  الأعراب   من  القراءة   والكتابة…

لايمكن  للعمل  السياسي  المنتج    أن  يتم دون   تفاعل   بين   الفئات   السياسية    المختلفة , والتفاعل   لايتم   الا  في  حضن   الاختلاف   والحرية , ولا  تتطلب   وحدة   الرأي     المطلوبة     أي  تفاعل ,   هنا يتم   فرض   الرأي  الواحد  عادة   في  اطار   القسر  وهيمنة   جهة   على  جهة   أخرى,   حالة مفرزة    للتأزم  وبالتالي  الخلاف الذي  قد  يتطور   الى   الحرب ,    يطالب  الاسلاميون  بوحدة   الرأي  والموقف  , ويقصدون عمليا   تموضع   الجميع    تحت  مظلتهم   الفكرية,  وهكذا  يعتبرون   الثورة  , أي  ثورة  داعش  والنصرة  والزنكي   وغيرهم   ,هي   الثورة   المجيدة   ومناصرة هذه  الثورة  المجيدة   أمر  بديهي  لكل   وطني,  وما  عدا   ٫لك   لايمت   للوطنية  بصلة .

لاتقوم   الهوية   الوطنية   على  مايجمع   الناس   فحسب  ,  وانما   على  مايميزهم  عن  بعضهم  البعض   أيضا   ,للوحدة  الوطنية   مستوى  ضيق  معين    ,    فكل   السوريون  يريدون    التقدم   للبلاد   ,  وكوحدة وطنية    يكفي   ذلك   ,   ومايمكن   تسميه  مجازا  “وحدة”  يكمن   في   التعددية ,  التي  تتضمن   الاختلاف ,  الكل   يريدون   للوطن   التقدم ,  وللتقدم   شروط  منها  استثمار   الاختلاف   في   مشروع  ابتداع   سبل  ووسائل    فعالة  لتحقيق  هدا   التقدم   , وحدة   الرأي  تعني  موت  الرأي  , وحدة  الموقف  تعني   لاموقف     وحدة  الرؤية  تعني   لارؤية ,  لأن   الرؤية  الصحيحة   لاتولد   دون  تفعل   ضمن   الاختلاف  ,   أشعر   بأن  المطالبة     بوحدة   الرأي , وكأنها  مطالبة  بالديكتاتور    الواحد الذي    يفرض   رأيا  وتوجها  واحدا   ,  يختمر في  رأسه   ويولد  من   رأسه   , وليس  من تفاعل    آراء   واتجاهات  مختلفة  ,  التفاعل    ينتج   الصحيح  والأفضل  , وحدانية   الرأي والاتجاه   الغير  تفاعلية   تنتج  عادة   الرأي  والتوجه   الخاطئ .

مايجمع   السوريون  عليه   ليس  سوى  الرغبة   بالحياة   المستقرة  المزدهرة ,  لم  يتمكن   السوريون   عن  طريق   التفاعل  من صناعة   تعريف    لهوية   الدولة, ولا  على مصادر   التشريع ولا  على  أي  شيئ  آخر ,  السبب   هو   عدم  مقدرتهم  على   التفاعل  مع  بعضهم   البعض  , المقدرة  على   التفاعل   تفترض   المقدرة  على   الحوار في  اطار  الاختلاف ,   في  هذه   البلاد   لايتحاور   الناس  مع   بعضهم  البعض , وانما  يتآمر   الناس  على  بعضهم  البعض ,   أو  يأمر الناس   بعضهم   البعض  , او  يتكاذبون   على  بعضهم  البعض.

بالمجمل   يمكن    القول   بأن  تباين   الآراء  والمواقف  ووجهات   النظر   أمر  جيد   ضروري  وحيوي  , أصلا   لايمكن   لوجهات   النظر, عند  وجود  حرية   الرأي,    الا  أن  تكون متباينة ,   النقص     يكمن   في   التفاعل  الذي   يتم في    الحوار ,  لا انتاج   لأفكار  أفضل   من   الأفكار  التي   في  رؤوسنا ,   لأننا   لانتفاعل  ولا  نحاور  .   هذه  هي   الحالة  السكونية   التي   تنتهي  بالعدم …
