Despite the tremendous scientific progress and intensive communication between the peoples of the world thanks to modern technologies, it seems that the Arabs decided to close themselves to themselves and get out of history and be satisfied with what has been achieved in the past, although what has been achieved in that past was bad, the Arabs do not care about the present and the future, but to remain in the quagmire of stagnation and surrender to cultures that were in their historical context late, and their relative delay increases with time despite some manifestations of modernization, which does not mean modernity, because modernization is bought with money, and money in this region is oil, not made by the Arabs, even they did not discover it and did not extract it from the ground, while modernity is not bought, but is made in reason and thought.

It can be said that the Arab reality is past, and those past have features, causes, consequences and manifestations, the causes are not born and have nothing to do with a special membership of the Arab-named man (the Arabs are the inhabitants of the Arabian Peninsula only), these were born like others, but the circumstances of their birth and their lives were different from the circumstances of the lives of others, from the circumstances of what is geographical, such as their presence in the desert, which they cannot change and can change them, that is, they must by virtue of the circumstances of the tyrannical desert to surrender to it.
