     We know of no peoples who venerate their language except for some so-called Arab or Arabized peoples, This veneration hinders development and adaptation to new circumstances for these Arab or Arabized peoples, This veneration, and consequently stagnation, has been justified by the claim that Arabic was the language spoken by angels, But how did those addicted to stagnation and veneration know that angels used Arabic to express themselves? Has any believer ever seen angels and spoken Arabic with them? Or is it all just false testimony? Was the presence of angels limited to the region stretching from the Atlantic to the Gulf? Do the Chinese, Americans, or others live without angels? Did angels advise the Arabs to wage wars and conquests, practice polygamy, kill apostates, amputate the hands of thieves, and so on? Did such advice lead the Arabs to a better life? How can it be said that the life of the Arabs with angels is better than the life of the Germans, Japanese, and others with demons? Without angels and with devils, the Japanese did not go hungry, nor did they become corrupt, lie, and flatter like the Arab, Why do the Arabs insist on such superstitions when they are surpassed in all areas of life by those who do not speak with angels and do not fear the accursed Satan! And why has the Almighty not yet eliminated that accursed Satan?

The state of the language is no different from the state of the rest of the backward aspects of life in general compared to the aspects of life of non-Arabs, This Arab particularity, i.e. backwardness, has reasons, including their lack of awareness of the concept of development and the dynamism of life, and the belief that stagnation and remaining imprisoned in the past is good for the present and the future, unlike the rest of the peoples of the world, who have committed to development and practiced it and removed the stagnation imposed on more than half of society, i.e. on women, who have to remain prisoners of the home and live ostracized with one wife and another, so that the rate of polygamy reaches 30% of all marriages in the Damascus countryside, and the percentage will certainly be higher in many other Arabized areas!

Arabists reject progress because it disrupts sanctification, and the result is that they live in stagnation, because stagnation is consistent with sanctification, And what is the result of all this? The results of all this are hunger, poverty, crime, corruption, then the illiteracy of half of the Arabic-speaking peoples, and many other negatives, How will they progress when backwardness and underdevelopment are their real goal in life!

All the peoples of the world have religions and beliefs that do not oppose development and social progress, nor do they look back and try to drag it back or reproduce it, i.e., to revive the past anew, as indicated by the naming of an Arab nationalist party like the Ba’ath, unlike the rest of the peoples of the world, who live in religious and political freedoms and do not practice systematic oppression, and do not oppose the freedom and liberation of women, then the liberation of language and the liberation of man from superstition and stagnation, As a result, the Arabs and Arabized peoples have become among the most backward peoples of the world.

Any language, including Arabic, can be transformed into a tool for idle chatter, triviality, and superstition, The rigid, sacred Arabic language has become a Salafist language that has dragged people back to the past, to Abu Zayd al-Hilali and Antarah, This contrasts sharply with the English language, which is characterized by its futuristic nature, conveying inventions, discoveries, and developments that run counter to the state of Arab cultural and scientific stagnation, Arabs neither transmit nor accept anything new because they are traditionalists, and they do not accept anything new, even in methods of governance, where sterility prevails, This sterility has been perpetuated by delusion, with those deluded believing they were advanced, But how were they advanced when they lived by the sword, “and my sustenance is in the shadow of my spear!”? And is the enslavement of Spanish women progress? Is Egypt considered a milking cow whose milk must be sucked to the last drop? Is the Bab Sharqi massacre in Damascus, and then coloring the river waters with the blood of Khalid Ibn Al-Walid’s massacres (the Red River), an act to be emulated? Is it ethical to consider Ibn Al-Walid one of the ten promised Paradise? Resorting to the old represents a forced escape from renewal, which the Arabs were unable to formulate and follow.

The language was not merely a hindrance, nor was its inability to convey anything new, There was nothing new, and the minds paralyzed in the prisons of faith and delusion were unable to produce anything new, which the language then conveyed, The language itself was sick, and it is said with pride that Arabic has maintained its rules since 1440, without feeling shame or disgrace in admitting its stagnation, A language that has maintained its form and style for fourteen centuries admits that it is stagnant and takes pride in its stagnation and in the old linguistic molds, such as the style of expression, the definition of values, and the ways of understanding others.

  In short, stagnation has become a source of pride, freezing other areas such as communication and dialogue culture, Look at social media platforms and the sterile dialogues that are mostly limited to insults, mockery, going off-topic, and an addiction to dictation and imposition, Even the claim that Arabic continues to exist was a lie, A language that wants to preserve its existence develops itself and is written in, How can 50% of Arabs or Arabized people write in Arabic when the illiteracy rate among Arabized people is about 50%? Even in the field of social media, it is rare to find an Arabized person who writes a seven-word phrase without seven grammatical errors! Most social media users write and speak in colloquial Arabic, so it can be said that Arabic has died and turned into wreckage in terms of grammar, and into a corpse in terms of understanding, Then there is the spread of colloquial Arabic or different colloquial dialects from one place to another, The replacement of Classical Arabic by local colloquial dialects was proof that the Arabic language has given you its life. And the illiteracy rate reaching 50% among so-called Arabic speakers is further evidence of the death of the language, Not to mention the number of books published in Arabic, where the number of books published in Hebrew exceeded the number of books published in Arabic, The Hebrew language was almost dead in the forties and fifties of the last century, but scientific progress in Israel enabled Hebrew to come back to life.

   Language is an entity like a human being, affected by the mutations and changes that affect a normal living organism, It also lives and dies, and its life is longer when it progresses and shorter when it regresses,All the languages ​​of the world undergo changes, developments, and foreign and strange interferences that, over time, become an inseparable part of the original language, and some foreign and intrusive words become a social custom of its speakers.

The lack of development in language is not the only stagnation plaguing the region between the Atlantic and the Gulf, Other areas of stagnation include laws, politics, sociology, freedom, democracy, science, philosophy, and all other aspects of life, All have donned the garb of backwardness, The weakness of communication with other societies possessing modern social, political, and economic systems plays a significant role in perpetuating this linguistic, human, cultural, and scientific stagnation—in other words, in perpetuating backwardness.
