  Documented nationality is the legally recognized document that establishes an individual’s national identity, We live in an age of nations, and every individual in this world belongs to a nation, This belonging is documented and legalized through a personal identity card or passport, This document or certificate, issued by the relevant state institutions, is a nationality certificate, signifying that this person is a citizen of a state, possessing the same rights and obligations as others, regardless of their religion, ethnicity, origin, or background, This is stipulated in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and United Nations documents for its signatory members.
The concept of nationality or citizenship, based on religious, ethnic, or gender affiliation, clashes with the concepts of equality and justice, The dominant religion in this region does not recognize nationhood or citizenship because it is universal, nor does it recognize equality, but rather the justice of Sharia, It believes that justice can replace equality, Without going into lengthy explanations, we ask: Has this religion been able to establish justice among people or even understand the concept of justice throughout fourteen centuries? And what was the state of justice during that long period? We ask, how can conquest and occupation be considered justice? How can the killing of people be considered justice? How can the payment of tribute while they are humiliated be considered justice? Was the Pact of Umar just? Was the destruction of all the churches in Iraq by order of Caliph al-Mutawakkil just? Was enslavement just? Was slaughter just? Was the burning of Ali ibn Abi Talib just (light my fire and call out to Qanbar!)? Were the assassinations of caliphs just? Volumes could be written about the contempt for justice, the lack of understanding of it, and their failure during that long era. There was no justice, no fairness, and no equality, They ask in the negative: Are the believer equal to the disbeliever? God forbid!

Holding the nationality of a country means that the holder of that nationality works for the benefit of that country. Any action that is hostile or opposing and serves other countries that are in a state of hostility or war with the country of the holder of that nationality is considered a resignation from national identity and treason against the country, This compels the country concerned to take measures, including punishment, and for example, the revocation of nationality, Therefore, Syrian individuals who helped the Turkish army cannot remain Syrian citizens. They opened up northern Syria for the benefit of Turkey, meaning that they are in a state of continuous treason against the Syrian homeland, How should we deal with the Syrians who helped Türkiye occupy their homeland?
