The corruption of power stems from the corruption of religion; religion is the  power

Osman Ly, Mira Al-Bitar:

الفساد يعوق التنمية في الدول الأفريقية | اندبندنت عربية        The peoples of this region have been afflicted with the disease of corruption, which expresses the deterioration in various aspects of the lives of the groups of the peoples of this region, Corruption was the greatest deterioration and represented the final link of decline, located first in the ruling authority, whatever this authority may be,, Corruption always came out of the brothels of power, regardless of the entity on which the authority depends, Corruption must be considered linked to the authority because it is responsible for formulating, implementing, and developing laws, and then those who stand under, above, or beside this authority.

When we accuse the authority of being responsible for corruption, we must think about the factor on which the authority is based, which differs from one region to another in the world, When it is said that one of the sources of the articles of the constitution is the law of a certain religion, and in some entities it is said that the source of the constitution is the law exclusively, then it must be said that religion is the exclusive or partial main source of corruption, In both cases, the relationship of religion to corruption is very large, unlike Europe with its civil constitutions, which have no relation to religion.

If the responsibility of religion is as great as described, then the products of power, such as sectarianism, injustice, backwardness, violence, dictatorship, corruption, etc., should be considered products of religion, which sits wholly or partially above power, to the point that power derives its legitimacy from it, as is the case these days with the  Al  Julanism, which represents incompetence, hypocrisy, criminality, and treachery beyond all imagination.

Some say that religion does not corrupt; corruption takes hold when it spreads within the mind, in the institutions of power, and among the groups upon which power is based, such as tribal, religious, ethnic, or familial groups, etc, There are no societies in this region, only the groups mentioned. Societies are very different from groups. In a society, there are individuals, but a group is composed of individuals, The social individual is very different from the non-social individual of the tribe. When there are no societies, there are no states, but rather entities with characteristics called pre-state characteristics, such as the tribe and the clan, etc.

The concept of the state cannot be introduced into the minds of pre-state groups. The minds of pre-state tribal groups are usually filled with superstition and religion. That is, these groups are religious in their mentality and behavior, with a contemptuous understanding of life and a morbid, delusional attachment to the eternity of man in paradise between the thighs of women and on the banks of rivers of honey and wine. Does not this capricious religion feel ashamed of prohibiting alcohol on earth while promoting it in heaven?! There is no law in the minds of pre-state peoples, only custom; no creative intellect, only tradition that kills reason; no relativity, only the absolute and the definitive; no rebellion, only obedience and submission; no doubt, only faith and blind conviction, etc.!

Some proponents of backwardness attempt to glorify the role of religion by claiming that the religious past flourished, like the era of Ibn Abdullah and the caliphate that followed him, They assert that those eras were pristine, despite the fact that everything Ibn Abdullah and the caliphate after him did was as dark and gloomy as the black banner they carried, The caliphate, and those before it, were plunderers, captives, and aggressors against their immediate neighbors, such as the Levant, and their indirect neighbors, such as Spain, India, and others. The claim that war spoils are permissible does not morally obligate others to consider them permissible, nor does it change the fact that these spoils are thefts, Considering Ibn al-Walid’s conquests as glories cannot force us to see them as such; rather, we vehemently and resolutely consider them unparalleled crimes and a disgrace we must disavow, Ibn al-Walid’s massacres at Bab Sharqi in Damascus are a shameful crime, and the Red River incident is an even greater disgrace, Has humanity ever witnessed events similar to the Red River incident? Therefore, it is foolish  To say that the religious caliphate was a model to be emulated.

The sword does not represent the power of right,Right was killed by the sword, Where did the Bedouin claim to be righteous enough to invade and colonize a quarter of the globe, forcing its inhabitants, at best, to pay tribute in humiliation? Not to mention the slaughter and enslavement, The Bedouin of the Arabian Peninsula, the self-proclaimed “right,” saw nothing but righteousness in the slaughter of millions of Hindus in India, These Bedouin, they claimed, were not simply killing, but rather carrying out God’s commands to kill non-believers, In truth, we have never seen God slaughter a single Hindu, The historian   Will Durant   stated that the conquests in India were the bloodiest chapter in history, According to Alain Danilo, “From the time the Muslims began arriving in India around 632 AD, the history of India became a monotonous series of murders, massacres, destruction, and devastation,” The historian  Fernand Braudel described   the Islamic era in India as “an extremely violent colonial experiment, Cruelty was the norm: burning, executions, crucifixions, and innovative methods of torture, followed by the destruction of Hindu temples and other acts,” Forced religious conversion to Islam.

There was no real partnership between politics and religion in the last fourteen centuries,The head was religious and the tail was political, The religious institution was independent in its decisions from the political institution, and the political institution was not independent but subordinate, The most important product of this formation was corruption and the inability to establish states!
