Difference is in human nature, The transformation of difference into conflict is due to a deficiency in dealing and interacting (dialogue and discussion) with others, then a failure to benefit from the positives of creative difference, and to rely on a single position, a single opinion, and a single direction that is deficient, wrong, and then produces dictatorships, Dictatorship did not establish states, but rather authorities that were always temporary and delayed.
