There are characteristics specific to believers that clearly distinguish them from others, as if they have their own special chromosomes, What is striking is their extraordinary ability to practice ignoring and condemning everything outside the framework of jurisprudence, as if ignoring an idea is an indication of its non-existence, They ignore everything except the matter of suspicion and doubt that everything written is intended to attack the true religion, and thus violate the sacred, So, criticizing polygamy is a violation of the sacred, and criticizing bad and unjust laws against some is an insult to the feelings of believers without thinking about the content of the law and the reasons for criticizing it, As long as the law has a Muhammadan religious reference, it is not permissible to criticize it out of respect for at least one and a half billion believers,Some of them are confident that the one and a half billion believers stand as one “brick” behind the law and its reference, and they do not doubt at all that the critic may be right in his criticism.

Where does this certainty of absolute homogeneity among one and a half billion believers come from?

There are several reasons for this absolute certainty, There are the patriarchal systems that control the groups of believers and their thinking, The assumption of the existence of that absolute homogeneity among one and a half billion believers is related to the certainty of the existence of homogeneity in the family and in the home and under the supervision of the authority of the home who is the master of the home, The family is a state and the state is a family and the master of the home is the master of the country. So the patriarchal society is simply a transfer of the characteristics of the family to society!

The second characteristic relates to the limitations of thought, Thought has limits determined by the verse, Thought stops at the limits of the verse, which cannot be violated or transgressed, This matter is the cause of stagnation and confinement within limits that cannot be crossed, That is, thought practically exists in prison, and prison is prison whether it is a cell or a dormitory for a hundred people, Therefore, we see them justifying, interpreting, denying, condemning, and supporting, all within the limits of the verse, despite its very different forms of interpretation. Therefore, there are also many reasons, including the extreme nature of the verse in deceptive enticement and the extreme nature of the verse in terrifying intimidation, so that man becomes crushed between the hammer of intimidation and the anvil of enticement, an object of promises and dreams that he cannot refuse and does not dare to resist, a creature of paralysis where there is no action or effectiveness.

The third paradox relates to homeland, citizenship, and patriotism, The heritage under which the groups of this region live has not shown any tangible interest in the earthly homeland and social patriotism, as there is nothing in the Muhammadan literature worth mentioning about the homeland and patriotism, It seems as if the Muhammadans see in their Islam a homeland and in themselves as citizens.

This represents a pivotal problem in building the nation and citizenship in this era, which has no place for ancient, dead entities of this religious type, The Muslims’ denial of the nation and patriotism has other reasons, including their denial of what is new. The concept of the state and the republic is a relatively new European concept, despite being about 500 years old, and it is still subject to the rules of development, crystallization, and change, Have the Muslims ever accepted a new idea or a new approach?

We can almost be certain that the concept of earthly citizenship does not exist in their minds, meaning that with this position they are positioning themselves outside of history, which has known for hundreds of years a formation called “the state,” homeland, and citizenship. Positioning themselves outside of history has manifestations and consequences, as there are those who want to remain in history and make it, and the existential crisis is inevitable between them and the outsiders of history, as there is no possibility of understanding between those who want to commit historical suicide and those who want to remain alive in history, Therefore, they have no alternative but the option of tyranny, enslavement, exclusion, and subjugation by force, as their concepts contradict the concepts of electoral democracy, which produces governance and makes the ruler a servant of the people and responsible to the people, According to their certainty, the ruler is a servant of God, appointed by Him, and responsible to Him, and the people have no relation to all of that.

The usurpation of the concept of the state by the Muslims is not limited to thought, but extends to thought itself, Thought is distinguished from knowledge by its creative nature; that is, the fundamental task of thought is to create new horizons in life, It is common for these new horizons to differ from the old, It is also known that the Muslims do not welcome the new because they consider the old to be valid for all times and places, Here, they have no choice but to resort to excommunication, not because the new is bad, but simply because the new is different from the old, Is not the idea of secularism, which has swept the world, worthy of research and scrutiny? Are not the concepts of homeland, citizenship, state, and democracy worthy of consideration and even application? They ignore the factor of development in life, and thus they ignore life entirely, For life is development, and whoever ignores life is ignored by life, meaning they die and disappear from the earth, Their horizon is in the sky, an uncertain, imaginary horizon that is unconvincing except to absolute ignorance.

From all of this, it can be concluded that the foundation and background of Muhammadism are unable to deal with the conditions of life    in a positive way, and this is one of the reasons for their backwardness, They deliberately want to be backward and are convinced of the corruption of progress, The greater the time gap between their old perceptions and what life offers in terms of new horizons, the more their crisis increases, their alienation increases, and their futile attachment to the formula of the “personal” society increases, while distancing themselves from the formula of the “social” person, That is, they are unable to formulate a system of society, and therefore they cannot formulate, nurture, and develop a state project like the rest of the world’s countries. Society is the basis for building the state, not tribal groups that, in most cases, live at war alongside each other and not with each other.

They are still in the stage of considering what is called the Book of God as the final of the books, and as the source of life, its organizer, manager, and crystallizer, They are still in the stage of justifying dependency, promoting fatalism, and relying on conspiracies to explain their affliction with calamities, Their increasing distance from reality has turned them into schizophrenics, and schizophrenia for them is no longer an acquired foreign disease, but has turned into an organic “state” that can only be treated by amputation.

Because the verse determines the form and content of their thought, and the verse that was made before 1450 cannot engage in intellectual discourse about issues that did not exist at that time, any intellectual discourse with them quickly becomes bankrupt, and bankruptcy forces them to try to get rid of their interlocutor by assassinating him  ,Therefore, they turn to exclusion and destroying the other morally and psychologically through insults, mockery, belittling, excommunication, denunciation, threats, and going off-topic, They quickly tend towards personalization based on the person imposed by their alienation from religion, which becomes their only weapon and the axis of their lives. Religion, by its nature, is a personal matter that cannot interact socially, and therefore it cannot create a society or take care of a society, nor can it establish a state or take care of a state, unlike secularism, which is originally a social state system.
