     The atrocities in the region between the ocean and the gulf are constantly renewed every day, as innocent people are killed in a world where large civilized parts of it refuse even to kill criminals, but rather to reform them, and refuse to take revenge on them in various ways such as abolishing the death penalty and seek to rehabilitate them, to the point that most countries of the world translate the life sentence into imprisonment for a maximum of 15 years, The results of these practices have been very positive, the level of crime has decreased and the number of crimes has decreased.

The opposite is happening in the Arab East, the Bedouin Muhammadan East, Here, the Iranian mullahs’ republic and some other entities, such as the Afghan entity, and to a lesser extent the dictatorial regimes ruling in this region, are leading all the practices of the world’s jungle beasts in terms of the number of hangings, the number of women stoned, the number of torture victims, etc. The number of executions in Iran reached 901 in 2024, and in one month, 166 people were executed in Iran, a large percentage of whom were women, Until 2013, more than 2000 women were stoned according to the punishment of stoning known in the religion, especially through the abrogated verse of the Sheikh and Sheikha, The punishment of stoning means placing a person alive in a pit into which the condemned person is placed    as a procedure for carrying out the stoning with stones!

It is said that religion and its rulings stone, hang, and slaughter the apostate, but how do we explain the  rare   of even the condemnation of those atrocities by the general public, that is, by the people? Has there been a single demonstration to condemn what happened to the Yazidis, men and women, and to the 6,000 Yazidi women who were raped, kidnapped, and sold for fifty dollars? The general public has lost its sense of humanity, perhaps due to its long association with monsters, and thus it has turned into a predatory monster like the creed it follows and the law it submits to, The one responsible for that miserable situation is not only the religion but also the religious people, because religion, by its very nature, cannot force them to stoning or to practice other scandals such as honor killings and child marriage, as the Iraqi parliament recently approved, There is a lot of role reversal between religion and the person who follows it, Moreover, a person’s religion is represented by the way they understand what is presented to them in terms of ideas and beliefs, and understanding is related to will, inclinations, needs, and the ability to understand, Therefore, we find great differences between those who belong to one particular religion.

There is much obsession and delusion in this region, such as the obsession with Shiism based on takfir (excommunication), The Shiism of so-and-so means supporting the Shiite nation through numbers, Does Shiism have other goals that have escaped our understanding? Shiism has no other goals, Shiism is a movement founded on takfir and on the belief that numbers are a primary source of power, And what is the necessity of power in this case? It has no necessity except to dominate others, The tendency towards domination is no longer partially effective, and due to weakness and shortcomings, it is no longer directed externally, but is practiced internally only, The tendency towards domination has controlled minds and hearts for 1440 years without stopping or diminishing, but rather with steady increase throughout this region, The tendency towards domination in Syria has not changed after the recent movement, but has merely moved from one embrace to another!

   Historically, the tendency towards hegemony dates back to the 18th century BC, meaning that it has now reached a total age of about 38 centuries, and it is still alive in this region, nurtured by faithful and trustworthy hands  , Most of the peoples of the world have largely gotten rid of the tendency towards hegemony in favor of the tendency towards cooperation, with the exception of the peoples between the ocean and the Gulf, who are still waging wars of hegemony, which are no longer directed externally as was the case with the conquests, but have turned internal, that is, to the inside of each quasi-state of the entities of the region, The era of hegemony over the outside ended with the elimination of the power of the sword, and the era of science and inventions began, which was not among the interests of the religious Bedouin Arabism, Therefore, this religious Bedouin Arabism turned into a disarmed current, In a study of the type of armament of the Syrian army in the half-century of Assad, it was proven that 80% of the weapons of this army were prepared for internal civil wars and not for war with the outside, whoever it may be.

The majority of the Bedouin are afflicted with a psychotic obstinacy, clinging to the bloody law of the sword that treated the inhabitants of the conquered territories as if they were harmful insects, Despite the vast area of ​​land conquered by the sword, estimated to be a quarter of the Earth’s surface, no Islamic or Ottoman historian has mentioned the suffering of the vanquished peoples, who were reduced by the conquests to a kind of “thing” unworthy of mention except in terms of the necessity of paying the jizya (tribute) and practicing the taurqa(form  of  walking aside)  , as stipulated in the Pact of Umar, The new dictator of Syria is still committed to this pact, as evidenced by its presentation as a gift to the Patriarch of Damascus on the occasion of his visit by al-Julani—an unparalleled act of insolence!

On the other hand, the descendants of Ibn al-Walid remind us of the need to thank the descendants of the conquerors because they did not completely exterminate the peoples of the conquered regions, The extermination was partial and included tens of thousands, hundreds of (tribute)   jisya ,thousands, or even millions, as happened in India, Those who lived were those who paid the jizya in submission, However, the “innovator” Amr ibn al-As collected the jizya even from the dead through their relatives, in response to the displeasure of Caliph Umar ibn al-Khattab due to the low level of Egyptian tax revenue, i.e., the jizya and war booty, which the infidels were required to pay in submission, How could the tax revenue be increased if most of the infidels were exterminated? Ibn al-As was truly innovative in collecting the jizya from the dead in this regard!  

   The neglect of local historians of the suffering of the peoples of the conquered regions was coupled with their pride in what was stated in the Pact of Umar, or what was called the “conditions” associated with the name of Caliph Umar ibn al-Khattab, It was said about the pact that it overflowed with mercy and was even a liberation of those peoples from colonialism , Does liberation from colonialism mean the turban and even the uniform dress that distinguishes the liberated people of the Levant from the believing mujahideen? The barbarians of the Brotherhood still praise this pact and take pride in it, Did the application of the provisions of this pact lead to the progress of the groups that applied it? Or to the regression of the groups that applied it? And did the period of the 700 Roman years know of jizya or turban?

The first book written about the situation of the vanquished after the conquests was Hussam Itani’s book, which he wrote in the style of Amin Maalouf’s book about the actions of the Franks in the Jisr al-Shughur region (Ma’arrat al-Nu’man), Hussam Itani’s book was similar in purpose to Amin Maalouf’s book, Amin Maalouf relied on local historians, while Hussam Itani relied on historians of all kinds, and then the conclusions from what came from the words of the local historians, such as the pride in the number of people killed by Khalid ibn al-Walid, for example. Sheikh Wajdi Ghoneim almost lost his ability to speak and stammered from the intensity of his admiration for Khalid ibn al-Walid and the number of people that Ibn al-Walid slaughtered, tens of thousands, in a matter of months, and the color of the river red, By the way, Hussam Itani’s book is banned in all Arab entities, but the sales of Itani’s book surpassed the sales of any other Arab book, We will present a summary of this book later. 

In conclusion, it can be said that the main reason for the decline of the region between the ocean and the gulf was that bloody, takfiri law, which represented the only emergency in the lives of these people, who were known for their activity and creativity before the last 1440 years, They were the ones who invented the alphabet, the wheel, and writing, and some of them ruled Rome as Caesar and formulated the Roman law (Papinal), which is still in effect to this day, Therefore, the current European laws (European Union) are called Roman laws!

In this article, we appeal to all defenders of the right to life to strive to abolish the punishment of stoning and all other barbaric legal punishments, especially since countries like Turkey, which abolished the death penalty and the punishment for adultery in 2006, and the vast majority of countries in the world, have already done so.
