M. Bitar, Samir Sadik:
My sister, your hijab is more precious than my blood! My sister, with your veil you are like a hidden pearl!!! This is what was written on the banner of Ahrar al-Sham years ago, this is what the liberated free men said, and this is how they had to package their hidden pearls in black cylinders, a packaging that became more legitimate, common and perfect, veiled women wrapped up and packaged in black cylinders that were almost sealed, as Sheikh Professor Mabrouk Attia expressed it by using the term “basket” as an alternative to the cylinder.
My sister! The scholars will not leave you vulnerable to decay and depravity,Your body and your private parts are a source of pleasure and enjoyment, There is no excess or deficiency in the removal of your clitoris, Removing half of it fulfills the male’s purpose in intercourse, Truly, the happy one is he who brings happiness to others, Your happiness is great, my sister…! Because you have pleased the virile male, My sister, you are different from him, and he is your guardian, for he has two testicles and you have half a clitoris! And where is the problem in guardianship and difference, according to what Ibn Abdullah said? This is how it remains and must remain. The blood money for killing you is half that of a male, even the value of your testimony before the judge is half that of a male’s testimony, And most of those seen in Hell were women, Even if ten of God’s men raped you, you would not enter Paradise, What do you have to do with Paradise! Since every mujahid is obligated to have intercourse with 4200 virgins, renewed according to the calculations of a Saudi sheikh! And if I were in your place, my sister! I would ask if you have any luck with some men, and why are there women for men? And what about men for women?
The objectification of man is the basis of his enslavement, and the objectification of woman is the basis of her ownership as an object, where she is wrapped, veiled, and hidden like a hidden pearl, A pearl does not ask whether it is “hidden” or not, or whether it is a pearl at all. A pearl does not speak and has no opinion or stance, therefore it can be owned. She is indeed like a silent woman forbidden from speaking (deaf and dumb), easy to own, and her ownership is subject to the rules of commerce , There is the new packaged one, sealed with a hymen, and there is the used one, unsealed. And since deception is forbidden and blame is lifted…!, woe, woe to him who sells a used commodity at the price of a new one! How pure and pristine you are, Kandahar, listening to the word of God!
In fact, the relationship between male and female in the dominant traditional imagination was one of ownership, and from the womb of this imagination was born the image of the “hidden pearl,” that is, the preserved and concealed one, which was written on the Ahrar al-Sham banner years ago in Ghouta, From this came a common justification for the Sharia dress with the image of a piece of candy, covered and clean, in contrast to the image of the uncovered candy surrounded by flies from all sides, which is supposed to represent the unveiled woman, That is, the supreme value given to virginity represents the “seal of the woman,” so the non-virgin is nothing but used merchandise.
A woman is not owned before she is objectified, and naturally, a piece of candy is not asked for its opinion on being covered, It has no position or opinion in this regard, A pearl does not ask whether it wants to be hidden or not hidden, or whether it wants to be a pearl at all!
Polygamy is the institution that embodies the relationship of ownership and the fundamental negation of gender equality, A man who marries more than one woman does not have two or more hearts in his chest, nor is he more of a “lover” than others,The family structure consisting of a husband and wives eliminates love as a relationship based essentially on equality, He who marries more than one woman at the same time is not more capable of love than others, but rather he is more possessive than others, It is known that the rise of love, writing about it, and public celebration of it went hand in hand with the decline of polygamy in these societies in some periods, Conversely, it seems apparent that polygamy and the death of love go hand in hand in the environments of militant religion, Is there not a single famous example of love in the local folklore?
