Failure, when intellectual poverty meets criminal excess

Mira Al-Bitar, Osman Ly:

كيف أصبحت العلمانية سيّئة السمعة عربيًا؟! | Al-Raafed Syria    Anyone who looks closely at the Arab present and tries to understand its characteristics and the sources of these characteristics will find that it was embodied tens of centuries ago in the Saqifa of Bani Sa’ida, In the Saqifa, the search was under the swords for the ruler, not for the type of rule, In the end, there was no agreement on Abu Bakr, but rather submission and obedience to the sword of the tyrant Umar, Here, the personal prevailed over the objective, and the first thing the Caliphs thought about was the issue of the continuation of the Bedouin way of life from the spoils of war, Therefore, the tribes were united for external invasion, and this invasion was called “conquests” as a disguise, and the matter was attributed to the heavenly Creator, with whom it is not possible to speak to and ask Him about His relationship to spreading the religion by the sword and about the spoils of war and the rules of dividing them with the criminal fighter who was called a mujahid in the path of God, as if the hypothetical God is the one who ordered the Islamization of people by the sword or the payment of the jizya while they are humiliated.
Throughout its history, Bedouin life has known nothing but tribalism and tribal conflict, which, after the first Hijri day, turned into the alignment of tribes united behind promises of spoils and the enticement to share them with the authority of the religious entity in a way that was accepted and encouraged by the tribe, which turned from internal invasion to external invasion, which was accompanied by a significant increase in personal and general Bedouin income.
The new thing was the concept of “conquests” which was wrapped in a cloak of sanctity and a cloak of evading responsibility, They were ordered to conquer by heaven, and the conquests did not initially represent their will, but rather the divine will (whoever died without thinking about conquest died on a “branch of hypocrisy”), With this fabrication, in addition to the fabrication of heaven promising paradise and houris, and then encouraging prosperity on earth through illicit plundering that was morally unlawful but traditionally consistent with their experiences, practices, and methods of financing their lives, they were professional thieves, and were historically called “Saraqino,” meaning thieves.
Despite their military victory over a quarter of the globe, they suffered a moral collapse before the entire world, To compensate for this moral decay, they invented several justifications, including the fabricated notion of being the best nation and the fabricated claim of divine responsibility for the conquests. Since there was no God who could see and touch them, they invented a hypothetical deity to take responsibility for their moral decline, They claimed God commanded this, thus transforming themselves into innocent victims of the bloodshed, They invented the lies they were born with, lived by, and continue to practice to this day: deception, denial of reality, and fabrication, The problem lay in their conviction that they were the best of nations, a falsehood that prevented them from striving to become truly, realistically, and practically a better nation, Thus, failure overcame them, especially after their swords rusted and the spoils of their wars vanished, forcing them to resort to begging here and there. Even the discovery of oil did not help them as needed, nor did it liberate them from their Bedouin mentality of hunting and corruption, Their minds remained imprisoned by the conquests, despite… Despite the absence of conquests, some still dream of them. Here is Sheikh Al-Huwayni promoting two annual raids in Europe and outlining ways to deal with captives, such as selling them in slave markets, Another jurist, Abdullah Rushdi, justified the legitimacy of establishing those markets, which are consistent with the texts of the Book of God, but are not consistent with the Universal Declaration of Human Rights,Despite Rushdi and Al-Huwayni’s legislation of these markets, the United Nations forcibly abolished them years ago in two countries, which were Egypt and Saudi Arabia.
The fourteen centuries of Bedouin rule were rich in the spoils of war and conquest, but they were extremely impoverished on the political, intellectual, and humanitarian fronts, They knew little more than fighting and assassinations, The first caliph died of poisoning, as some sources state, and the other three were killed. When the caliphate passed to umayyads caliph, he transformed it into a hereditary system, and his heirs only relinquished it by the sword, The culture of the Umayyads and the culture of the sword still prevail in some regions, including, unfortunately, Syria, The principle of “from bad to worse” remains dominant, The sword and violence do not produce anything better, There is no reason in massacres—no reason in the mind of the one called Abu al-Abbas al-Saffah (the Bloodshedder), nor in the mind of Abu Muhammad al-Julani, Brother killed brother, al-Ma’mun killed al-Amin, and son killed father, From the conquests until now, the Bedouin have found no solutions for the transfer and exchange of power other than the sword and violence, often with the help of mercenaries, Thus,  caliph   al-Mu’tasim brought his maternal uncles from Anatolia to be among them, An army with which he fights his rivals for power, I,  bads ,worse n recent months, al-Julani has brought in tens of thousands of Uyghur, Chechen, and other mercenaries to commit massacres in the country, which is recognized as an independent state, There are those who previously brought in the Mamluks, and the sheikhs of Aleppo brought in Selim I to eliminate the Mamluks and to build mountains of Alawite skulls, History repeats itself in many cases, and there is no need here to elaborate on the details.
The people and those who rule them were unable to transform into states, homelands, and citizens. They remained in the mentality of the shepherd and the flock, and the mentality of rights granted rather than acquired rights. Therefore, hypocrisy and subservience took root in their souls. Livelihood is the favor that the shepherd bestows upon the flock, and to obtain livelihood, one must practice obedience and submission, then live parasitically without production at the tables of the shepherd sultan. When the shepherd went bankrupt, they turned to parasitism abroad, practicing corruption as usual abroad, which led the outside world to reject their presence and begin deporting them, as is happening now in all European countries, Whoever wants to know more about deportation from Germany should look at the official German channel, DW .
