منيت الدول   التي   قامت   او  اقيمت بعد الحرب   العالمية  الأولى  في   منطقة   الشرق  الأوسط   بالفشل   في  كل   المجالات  داخليا  وخارجيا ,  لا   اصلاح  ولا   تقدم  ولا  عدالة  اجتماعية   ولا  حريات  ,بل  ديكتاتوريات   وارتشاح   بمنظومات   لاتمت   للعصر ولا   للتاريخ   العالمي   كداعش  وأشباه   داعش والجهاد   من  أجل  اقامة   الخلافة   ,  ليس  فقط   في منطقة  الشرق    الأوسط   ,  انما   في  دول   اللجوء  الأوروبية   ,  كما  عبر   اللاجئون   العرب     عن  ذلك   في مظاهرة  ال ١٠٠٠  متظاهر    في  مدينة   هامبورغ   الألمانية  في  السنة  الماضية,حيث  رفعت  لافتات   كتب  علها   . ”  الخلافة  هي   الحل” ولا  نعرف بالتأكيد   اذا  كانت    تلك   اللافتات   تعني  اقامة  الخلافة   في  اوروبا   او  اقامة  خلافة   في منطقة   الشرق  الأوسط   ,  على  كل  حال  عبرت  تلك   الشعارات  عن  مستوى وادراك   عقلي لايمكن   وصفه   سوى بكونه   غريب   عجيب !انه   الشكل   الخاطئ   في  المكان   الخطا    , وكل   بقعة  من   العالم    تمثل   المكان   الخاطئ   بالنسبة    لنظام   الخلافة ,  التي   طالب   المتظاهرون   بها .

يقوم  مفهوم   الدولة على  البناء  الاقتصادي   وتحقيق  العدالة  الاجتماعية  , كأساس للتحولات   البنيوية   على   يد حكومات  متعاقبة تحرص   على الأمن  ان  كان   اجتماعيا  او  سياسيا  أو  اقتصاديا ,  مما   يتوافق    ليس  فقط  مع   اتفاقية  فيستفاليا   ,  انما ايضا  مع   الشروط   التي  تحدث  عنها   بعض   المفكرين   المحليين   مثل مالك   بن  نبي وبعض   المفكرين  العاليين   مثل   هيجل ,  الذي اهتم بفكرة     المجالس  التمثيلية  مثل  البرلمانات, كما   اراد مرسوم  صدر عام  ١٨١٥ , والذي  تأثر  بشدة بفكر  هيجل وبتأثير   من  منتقديه   مثل  ماركس  وانجلز , بكلمة   مختصرة يمكن   القول   ان   اوروبا   فكرت   بالديموقراطية   وطرق   حكم  البلدان     مئات   السنين    قبل   قيام  الدول   في  منطقة   الشرق  الأوسط    ,  في   ذلك   الزمن  كانت  الكيانات    التي   تحولت  اسميا   الى  دول   لاتزال   جزءا  من   احط   دولة  عرفها   التاريخ   هي   الأمبراطورية   العثمانية .

اراد   الف  متظاهر   في  مدينة  هامبورغ تحطيم   كل   ماذكر   من   تقدم  في   بناء   الدولة  الأوروبية    خلال  مئات  السنين   الماضية  بتظاهرة  في   الدولة   التي   استضافتهم,  لقد     ارادوا على  مايبدوا   تغيير  نظام   الحكم   في  هذه   الدولة  وتحويل   هذا   النظام  الى   شكل  خلافة , مما   قاد   الى  اعتبار كل  من  شارك   في  هذه   المظاهرة ”  ارهابيين اعداء  الدولة   اي  اعداء  دستور   الدولة ” وبالتالي سمح   هذا  الاعتبار   للقضاء  وللمدعي   العام  بملاحقتهم   , وملاحقتهم    سوف   تقود   الى  تطبيق  عقوبات   عليهم   منها   ترحيلهم , ومنع   تجنيسهم  ,  حتى   الى حذف    التجنيس   الذي  حصل  عليه   بعضهم , هل   يدخل    ماقاموا   به   في    رأس    انسان   ذو  عقل .

هؤلاء   أتوا كلاجئين  من    دول   فاشلة  تصرف   الأموال   على التسلح, في   الوقت   الذي يعرف    الجوع   العام ,  تلك   الدول   صرفت عام ٢٠١٧ مبلغ   ١٥١ مليار  دولار من   اجل   شراء  المزيد   من   الأسلحة , في  حين  ان   ميزانية   بعض   الدول   السنوية  لم  تتجاوز حدود   ال  ٦ مليارات  دولار,  هؤلاء   يفكرون   بالخلافة ويتظاهرون   من  أجل   الخلافة   عام  ٢٠٢٤  بالرغم    من  وجودهم   في  دولة  أخرى, اذا   تصرف   اعضاء  ما   يسمى  جماعة  muslim interaktiv المصنفة  كجماعة   ارهابية   والبالغ    عددهم   حوالي  ١٧٥٠   شخص   منهم   حوالي   ١٤٠٠   شخص  مصنفون  كارهابيين  ,  فكيف ستكون   مسلكيتهم   لو  حكموا   في   الدول  التي  أتوا  منها   , هل   يمكن   ان   يكون   الانسان   غبيا  ومتطرفا أكثر    من  غباء  وتطرف   هؤلاء  ,   وهل  ترحيلهم  الى  البلدان  التي  أتوا  منها خاطئ  او  لا  انساني ؟

The Arabs’ demand: The Caliphate in Hamburg

The importance of the state lies in its ability to frame political, social, and economic action in a way that secures internal interests while taking into account external interests. This balance ensures internal interests while taking into account external interests. Externally, efforts must be focused on making friends and establishing good, fruitful relationships. This formula, the state formula, was born in 1648 within the framework of the so-called Treaty of Westphalia. Westphalia is a province in present-day Germany. This treaty envisioned placing politics under the will of society, i.e., under the authority of the social contract. The goal was to advance society in the areas of public administration—economically, politically, socially, security-wise, and scientifically—to avoid the harms that could lead to backwardness, fragmentation, and disintegration. Most of these goals were achieved in most countries outside the Arab region, but not in Arab countries and societies, which experienced nothing but disintegration, backwardness, and failure after their establishment in the first half of the twentieth century. The states that were established or were established after World War I in the Middle East have failed in every area, both internally and externally. There has been no reform, no progress, no social justice, and no freedoms. Rather, there have been dictatorships and the infiltration of systems that are out of step with the times and global history, such as ISIS and ISIS-like entities, and jihad for the establishment of a caliphate, not only in the Middle East, but also in European countries of asylum, as expressed by Arab refugees in a demonstration of 1,000 demonstrators in the German city of Hamburg last year, where banners were raised reading, “The Caliphate is the solution.” We do not know for sure whether these banners meant the establishment of a caliphate in Europe or the establishment of a caliphate in the Middle East. In any case, these slogans expressed a level and intellectual understanding that can only be described as strange and bizarre! It is the wrong form in the wrong place, and every spot in the world represents the wrong place for the caliphate system that the demonstrators demanded. The concept of the state is based on economic construction and the achievement of social justice, as a basis for structural transformations undertaken by successive governments that are committed to security, whether social, political, or economic. This is consistent not only with the Treaty of Westphalia, but also with the conditions discussed by some local thinkers, such as Malek Bennabi, and some prominent thinkers, such as Hegel, who was interested in the idea of ​​representative councils such as parliaments. This was also the intention of a decree issued in 1815, which was strongly influenced by Hegel’s thought and by his critics, such as Marx and Engels. In short, it can be said that Europe considered democracy and the methods of governing countries hundreds of years before the emergence of states in the Middle East. At that time, the entities that had nominally transformed into states were still part of the most degraded state known to history: the Ottoman Empire. A thousand demonstrators in Hamburg wanted to destroy all the progress made in building the European state over the past hundreds of years by demonstrating in the country that hosted them. They apparently wanted to change the ruling system in this country and transform this system into a caliphate, which led to everyone who participated in this demonstration being considered “terrorists, enemies of the state, i.e., enemies of the state’s constitution.” This consideration subsequently allowed the judiciary and the public prosecutor to pursue them. Prosecuting them would lead to the imposition of penalties against them, including their deportation, the denial of their naturalization, and even the cancellation of the naturalizations that some of them had obtained. Would what they did even enter the mind of a rational person? These people came as refugees from failed states that spend money on armaments, at a time when there is general hunger. These countries spent $151 billion in 2017 to buy more weapons, while the annual budget of some countries did not exceed $6 billion. These people are thinking about the Caliphate and demonstrating for the Caliphate in 2024 despite their presence in another country. If the members of the so-called Muslim Interaktiv group, classified as a terrorist group and numbering about 1,750 people, including about 1,400 people classified as terrorists, behave like this, how would they behave if they ruled the countries from which they came? Can a person be more stupid and extremist than these people, and is their deportation to the countries from which they came wrong or inhumane?
