Global movements found it necessary for humanity to have a kind of reference point to which it could return in cases of conflict, as there are many differences between countries and peoples, which in many cases have led to disturbances, wars, destruction and death, Therefore, the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, which was fundamentally based on the realization of the existence of differences between people, was established, These differences between the nature of one human being and the nature of another human being may lead to crisis and to the production of a problem, Therefore, a reference point was found to be used for arbitration and return to in these cases, That is, the essence of the goal was organizational, that is, organizing the management of pluralism among people.
There is another declaration of human rights, the Islamic Declaration of Human Rights, which differs from the Universal Declaration in essence, While the essence of the Universal Declaration is the recognition of diversity and the necessity of preserving pluralism among humankind, the essence of the Islamic Declaration is different, It is a derogatory essence, explained by many scholars, including the most enlightened and insightful of them all, Ghannouchi, who considered humankind inherently deficient and in a constant state of flux between good and evil, Thus, it deems humans incapable of producing anything useful, such as the ability to control and manage themselves, Much jihadist violence is expected of this creature, which in itself represents a problem requiring a solution, In other words, clashes between humans are an eternal inevitability, This deficient, hostile human being knows no reconciliation with themselves or others, because Islam finds no possibility of reconciliation with others except within the framework of domination, as it relies on the victory of the Supreme, Heavenly Almighty, In short, Islam considers humankind inherently sinful and perpetually in a state of perpetual inferiority, Here, we are astonished by the Creator’s statement that He created humankind, The Muhammadan was in the best form, and he was considered one of the best of mankind, i.e., the best nation, and then he was appointed as God’s successor on Earth. Is it reasonable for the One capable of all things to appoint creatures of this imperfect kind as successors on Earth? The Creator has presented strange and wondrous paradoxes in this regard, Given the perfection that is attributed to the Creator, we cannot consider those paradoxes to be of divine origin, i.e., they are a reality made by an ignorant human being and falsely attributed to the Creator.
In short, the fundamental difference between the Universal Declaration of Human Rights of 1948 and the Islamic Declaration lies in their essence, The Universal Declaration considers humankind inherently good and capable of solving its own problems, enabling it to survive and exist for millions of years, In contrast, the Islamic Declaration considers humankind inherently evil and incapable, The difference, therefore, lies in the perception of human nature: one view is organizational, meaning that humans are capable of overcoming obstacles through organization; the other is a contemptuous, religious view,This fundamental difference between the human rights declarations did not have a significant impact on the world situation because the United Nations Declaration was universal, while the Islamic Declaration was local and not recognized by international courts or other international bodies, The entities that recognized the Islamic Declaration had already recognized the Universal Declaration, meaning that their recognition of the Islamic Declaration was merely symbolic, Furthermore, the entities that recognized the Islamic Declaration were not among the important, influential states in the world, They were mostly rogue, corrupt, and dictatorial entities that did not meet the criteria for statehood set by British Foreign Secretary Straw several years earlier, Which was adopted by the United Nations, which added two other conditions to it.
The articles of the Muhammadan Declaration differ greatly from the universal ones, The second article of the Muhammadan Declaration says that man is born free and there is no servitude except to God, or to those who represent Him on earth, God’s representatives on earth are humans, meaning that the slave and the enslaved are humans, It is not logically permissible to say that God is the enslaver when man is born free but must worship God or those who represent God from among the humans!!!!! Man is not born free nor is he born a slave, but he is born as a blank page, Upbringing and education make him free or a slave, The birth of man as a free man or as a slave shackled in chains has been the subject of long discussions since Plato, The result was settling on the blank page.
It is illogical to consider man born free but also a slave. There is no difference here between slavery to the unseen or slavery to any other enslaver, Slavery to God is nothing but a fabrication, Slavery is not to God, but to the men of God from among the jurists, As for the fifth article of the Muhammadan Declaration, it rejects everything outside of the Sharia, that is, the tyranny of the Sharia and the disappearance of man, There is no freedom of opinion or opposition, Freedom of opinion is the freedom of opinion of the “Sharia” with its primary approved sources, and it is the sole reference for interpreting and clarifying any of the articles of this document,In case of disagreement, the people of knowledge from among the jurists must be asked.
Ghannouchi, as one might infer from any Wahhabi, saw the Universal Declaration of Human Rights as containing secular “features,” or features of a humanistic religion based on the primacy of humanity in existence and on its ability to create its own legislation, The fact that the Universal Declaration contains secularism and humanism is not an accusation; the accusation lies in the religious worldview’s insistence on linking all values to God’s law, which they consider the law of God, the Creator and Owner of His creation,Here, the Muhammadan declaration clashes with the human being, whom religion has reduced to a sinful appendage, The truth is that humans own their bodies and have no need for any legislation from outside their own minds and wills,Following the example of prophets and angels has only led to disastrous results, No law or legislation exists that is not a product of the human mind, Transforming humans into religious beings with deficient intellect means they need guardianship, and that guardian is God or his religious representatives, Consider, may God grant you well-being, what this guardianship has done to the nation of Muhammad!
