The secular features in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights imply that these features are an expression of a human “religion” and of the primacy of man in existence, and that he himself is the source of all right and legislation, In contrast, the Muhammadan conception emphasizes the connection of all values and their reliance on the source from which beings derive their existence, their purpose, and their course of action, namely God, He alone is the Creator and Owner of His creation and the One who determines the paths of their conduct according to the guidance of the Sharia, Here, Ibn Rushd questioned the validity of the claim that the Creator created the human mind to enable it to progress towards perfection, but the Creator obligated His creation to the Sharia and the law of God, whose final form was determined by jurisprudence, based on the framework established by Ibn Abdullah for the life of man, both individually and collectively,There are no empty areas in this framework that the human mind can fill except what jurisprudence permits, that is, what the men of jurisprudence permit. And as we all know, jurisprudence is nothing but a “dizziness”!
No logic can comprehend that man is born free according to Article Two of the Muhammadan Declaration, but at the same time is exclusively a slave to God, And how do we know God’s will and temperament? Of course, through the Book of God and its interpreters among the jurists, this means we become slaves to the jurists, who disagree on everything from rulings to fatwas, saying one thing and its opposite within the same Sharia, In other words, the schizophrenic, dualistic Sharia prevails, and humanity disappears, Freedom of opinion, according to Article Five of the Muhammadan Declaration, is protected and guaranteed, but “within the limits of Sharia,” or rather, it is forbidden to anyone living in Islam if it includes criticism of the religion or,Thus, these prohibitions cannot be transgressed, nor can their validity or sacred legitimacy be questioned. In other words, the Islamic Declaration of Human Rights is summarized as the Wahhabi-Salafist Declaration of Human Rights. Education should be dominated by the religious aspect, and its primary goal, according to Article Thirteen, is to strengthen “faith” in God Almighty. Thus, Sharia has become a sword hanging over everyone’s neck. This declaration goes so far as to warn: “All rights, freedoms, and duties mentioned in this document are restricted by the rulings and objectives of religious Sharia.” This warning eliminates any doubt about the fact that “Sharia” with its approved primary sources is the sole reference for interpreting and clarifying any article of this document!
This is the essence of the Islamic document with which Islamists confront the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, Therefore, it can be said that the Iranian system of the Guardianship of the Islamic Jurist is consistent with human rights, as is the Afghan Taliban regime, Consequently, we see no common ground between the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the Islamic declaration of human misery, The premises, objectives, and content are diametrically opposed, The Universal Declaration prohibits slavery, servitude, and the slave trade in all its forms,The Islamic declaration did not address the issue of slavery and servitude, not by oversight but intentionally, Sharia does not prohibit slavery and has never banned it throughout its history, Some still yearn for the times of captivity and enslavement, while others circumvent international laws, for example, through the sponsorship system practiced in the Gulf states, which can be considered a perpetuation of slavery. Furthermore, practices such as cutting off the hand of a thief, killing an apostate, stoning an adulteress, and other barbaric punishments are far more horrific than torture, Sharia is unaware of the difference between justice and equity,Equity does not punish a mother who She stole to feed her children, while justice, i.e., the law, punishes her, Sharia does not know the implications of adultery, and Sharia even invented the concept of adultery. Voluntary sexual relations are not adultery, and forced relations are rape, As for cutting off the hand of the thief, it is nothing but barbaric, animalistic savagery. It has eliminated itself, as we have not known a person whose hand was cut off because he stole, nor have we known an apostate who was killed, Even the punishment for apostasy has eliminated itself, and there are many similar examples. It seems that religion is vomiting up what is in its stomach of corrupt religious faith waste.
The thing most contrary to Sharia and what is called the Islamic Declaration was Article 5 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, which explicitly prohibits subjecting a person to torture before any judgment is issued against him,The prohibition even includes the form of judgment, There is no mention of any form of torture in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, Here we humbly ask: Is there an Islamic entity or what is called a state that does not practice the torture of the accused and does not practice the torture of the convicted? What is the name of this state?
Human beings are the primary source of existence and the originators of laws that govern their lives, No external power, whether divine or human, has any bearing on this matter, especially not religious law. Religious law has not proven its worth in organizing human life and improving it.
