On the necessity of recovering Eastern Europe and Arab Spain
: Mamdouh Bitar, Ruba Mansour
About a year ago, Mr. Bakir wrote about the properties of the Arab conquerors in Eastern Europe and the necessity of returning them to them, saying: “The lands must eventually be returned to their owners, whatever the names, regardless of my opinion about one country or another, otherwise wars, conflicts and crises will continue. Therefore, the solution is for Andalusia, Cyprus and Eastern Europe to return to the Muslims until the problem is solved.” A few days ago, Mr. Barbar wrote with almost the same meaning, resentful of those who hate the Arabs and their clear conquest of Spain, considering that goodness and truth did not flow to Spain until the arrival of Tariq ibn Ziyad and Ibn Nusayr to the Iberian Peninsula, and after the shipment of Spanish virgins to the brothels of Caliph Abd al-Malik, and after the plundering of the wealth of Spain, which they called Andalusia with divine blessings and orders.
Here is Mr. Bakir who wants to restore the Caliphate’s possessions in Eastern Europe, then Spain, and all parts of the Arab Muhammadan Quraysh Empire. He also wants the descendants of Ibn al-Walid, al-Rashid, Abd al-Malik, and others to rule Syria and other parts of the Fertile Crescent, as all these regions became the property of the Hijazis after their clear conquest, and this is in application of what is called “Bedouin rights” supported by the verse and the text “So eat of what you have taken as spoils, lawful and good, and fear Allah. Indeed, Allah is Forgiving and Merciful.”
The thinking of Mr. Bakir and Mr. Barbar is not a one-sided individual matter, but rather it is relatively widespread among the Arabs. There are many groups that think as the Berbers and Bakir do. The issue is not personal, but rather represents a popular phenomenon. Therefore, interest in the issue is an objective social matter that concerns everyone and concerns us as well!
Conquest and the spoils of war were and still are a natural right for the conquerors, the Chosen One, and many believers. However, this natural right is not consistent with the natural right derived from natural law, which gives man self-evident natural rights, including freedom, non-aggression against others, and non-aggression against his property and livelihood. Man, by the mere fact of his birth, has a right that cannot be given or taken. It is a birth right that is not acquired or granted by any other human party. It is the right to life, liberty, equality, and property. These rights predate any human legal system or political existence. The crystallization of these rights recently in the form of positive laws does not mean that they were invented, as they existed before crystallization. Crystallization confirmed them, defined them, and put them into effect. It did not invent them! They have existed with man since the existence of the first man.
Invasion, occupation, and possession of the land and livelihood of others, then killing them, slaughtering them, and making them pay tribute while they are humiliated, then taxing them, and hunting their daughters and women and turning them into captives and concubines, is not among the natural rights of the invaders. A person is not born conquered, nor is he born a conqueror, nor is he born stolen, nor is he born a thief. He is not even born a slave, nor is he born free. Natural rights are not related to any history, and natural rights do not die with the passage of time. There is no positive law that does not respect them in a respected state. Invasion, conquest, and possession, that is, possessive colonialism, which is worse than settler colonialism in degrees, is tantamount to the cancellation of natural rights, and thus it is a crime that does not die with the passage of time. As long as the pain of a mother whose daughter was hunted as a captive for the Commander of the Faithful, Abd al-Malik, to marry her, does not die with the passage of time. Therefore, these crimes do not die with the passage of time, and international law allows the trial of criminals such as the Caliph Abd al-Malik and his pimps such as Ibn Nusayr or Tariq ibn Ziyad or even the messengers or others, even after fourteen centuries of them committing those dirty acts, whoever does not want those trials belongs, according to what the poet Ahmed Al-Naimi said, to a people who have no shame. They hanged the poet on the gallows because he told the truth about a people who have no shame. Indeed, you are a people who have no shame or embarrassment. You are the ones who deserved the gallows, not Al-Naimi.
There is no mention in the local Arab literature of the pain of the conquered, plundered, kidnapped and slaughtered peoples. The first book written on this subject a few years ago was Hussam Itani’s book, in addition to Ali Al-Wardi’s book, The Sultans’ Preachers. Hussam Itani’s book presented the point of view of the peoples of the Arab Quraysh colonies, and asked about the point of view of these peoples. Hussam Itani’s book is banned in all Arab countries. You really have no shame, and what Ahmed Al-Naimi said about you is absolutely true!
Whoever, like Mr. Bakir and Mr. Barbar, wanted to restore what they call Arab property in Eastern Europe, Spain, Portugal, Sindh, India, the Levant, North Africa, and others, on the basis of the concept or law of Bedouin natural right, which is the opposite of human natural right, is a sick creature. This represents a product of tyranny and the transformation of some of the colonized creatures into colonial creatures. These are well-known matters in psychology. Bakir and Barbar complain about the colonization of their people by others and the theft of their natural resources, but at the same time they want to colonize others, own their land, and plunder their livelihood and wealth. Thus, those who demand Eastern Europe and justify the colonization of Spain fulfill all the conditions for being afflicted with the disease of schizophrenia and duality, in addition to moral decadence, which denies them the quality of humanity and confirms in them qualities lower than the qualities of animals.
The minds of the Bakir and the Berbers are sick and afflicted with schizophrenia and absolute coma. Regardless of the decadence of the concept of Bedouin rights, these people did not ask themselves about the possibility of recovering what they call their rights or property, by any means? And what are the consequences of demanding the return of the ownership of Eastern Europe to its owners, the Bedouins of the Hijaz? I do not think that demanding the return of the ownership of Eastern Europe to its Arabized owners will lead to raining a hail of missiles on the Arabized ones only, but will lead to raining a hail of contempt and isolation on them. Among the entitlements that we want to mention at the end of this brief article is the entitlement of those who promote a colonial settler-possessive colonialism that their country be transformed into a colonial settler-possessive colony.
