Ruba Mansour, Samir Sadek :
Dedicated to the French group “Femen” on the occasion of the attack on the farcical pre-Islamic conference regarding women’s rights and religion!
We will take some examples from the past, such as the case of the Sudanese journalist Lubna Ahmed Hussein, who represents the manifestations of a complex, multifaceted, and backward socio-political reality, The problem was not Lubna and her “trousers,” for which she was flogged, but rather Lubna’s representation of millions of women whose bodies, minds, and dignity were imprisoned, minds confiscated, and bodies degraded. All of them were victims of the exploitation of divine belief to perpetuate tyranny, stagnation, deprivation, and the humiliation of humanity through customs and laws that claim morality, purity, and chastity, and reduce honor to the woman’s body. All of this is like the inversion of noble values into their base opposites. Therefore, the body must be controlled, but it is not necessary to control the corruption of consciences, nor is it necessary to control the parasitism at the tables of others and living off the aid of infidels!
How can that weak, hungry, sick, backward part of humanity confront the whole world and the civilization of the whole world, a part that has no power or strength, especially with the lack of ability to strive, innovate, and understand the conditions and requirements of life in a changing and complex world? Is the flogging of Lubna and others, and the flogging of a woman in Libya a few days ago because of the punishment for adultery, the best way to progress? Or is the flogging of Lubna and the Libyan woman a flogging by proxy? The flogging is originally for those who ordered it. Lubna was flogged on their behalf. If they thought and reflected on their situation, they would flog themselves.
The flogging of journalist Lubna was necessary to employ religious doctrine to perpetuate tyranny and the humiliation of humanity, and to attempt to disguise the complex of repression in legislation and laws that claim purity. Wearing trousers, once forbidden, has miraculously become permissible. Honor and morality are then reduced to a woman’s body and her trousers. The flogging was necessary to conceal a corruption festering elsewhere—in the conscience, the moral compass, and the very concept of honor, They steal aid provided by infidel nations and flog Lubna to atone for their sins… Be an apostate, my brother, as you wish, but you must fast once to cleanse your sins… Whitewashing sins is like whitewashing money.
Al-Bashir was not as successful as his Syrian counterpart, the Assad regime, who practiced nepotism with al-Bouti and then the current al-Julani. All of them humiliated the people to crush the spirit of rebellion,They all combined fascist theocratic dictatorship with the charlatanry of civil society, Al-Bashir imposed a curfew after 11 PM for 20 years and participated with the faithful in intimidation and terror, Two Sudanese were executed for possessing foreign currency, and months later, exchange bureaus and money changers proliferated throughout the country—foreign currency available to anyone who wanted it, In 1990, 28 officers were executed for allegedly plotting a coup. Jihad was declared in the South, promising death for al-Bashir and the reward of dozens of virgins with renewed hymens daily, The South seceded, and al-Bashir ended up in prison, facing extradition to the International Criminal Court, which is prosecuting the Janjaweed militias he established to slaughter the Darfuri people, such as… Al-Bashir, and many others like him, are waiting for his fate.
Al-Bashir and the Muslim Brotherhood turned the country’s atmosphere into one of sorcery and witchcraft , Sharia was used to sanctify tyranny and oppression, In all circumstances of this chronic process, the humiliation of women was a goal and a practice, The “Lubaniya” trousers were not the only trousers that led to the flogging of the woman wearing them, She is the greatest devil who threatens the fortresses of faith and morality!, Therefore, the believer must permit it, Permissiveness, like fasting and prayer, is one of the most successful means of atoning for sins and thus crossing over to Paradise without obstacles and barriers, So whoever abuses women wins the life of this world and the hereafter!
The punishment for wearing trousers was like the punishment for unveiling; both represent an attempt to standardize and objectify women in order to protect the principle of unity,They are all like canned goods, identical in their appearance, their minds, and their orientations. Unity is the antidote to difference and diversity, because difference and diversity corrupt unity, burden it, and derail it, They unified women by turning women into “shameful things.” All women are similar in terms of shameful things that a man is not allowed to look at, The issue of the slave woman being offered for sale and purchase is another matter,The slave woman is merchandise and a commodity for pleasure, and it is permissible for the seeker of pleasure, It was said that in the transaction, examining the merchandise from the soles of the feet to the top of the head was necessary, and the caliphs practiced those examinations meticulously, the first of whom was Omar, one of the ten promised Paradise!
Women are of two kinds: free and slave. This is the theocracy that left the cave and settled in the Arabized political entities between the ocean and the gulf, bringing with it Sharia law to present societies outside the actual history of humanity, This is the predicament of theocracy wherever it is found and settled: quasi-states that blackmail with Sharia law, All their practices are legitimate because they are from Sharia law, and whoever violates their Sharia law is accused of sin, so the punishment is flogging, beheading, burning alive, or selling women at public auction, This is how ISIS was, and this is how Omar al-Bashir, al-Huwayni, al-Asadi, al-Julani, Ibn Baz, Al-Azhar, and others were… who settled in these countries and in the minds of their inhabitants and destroyed them in a way that is difficult to treat and reform.
