Nationality and international laws

Syriano, Osman Ly:

التعريف باضطراب الهوية الجندرية             Documented nationality is the document adopted by international law in determining an individual’s identity to a homeland, We are in the age of homelands, and every individual in this world belongs to a homeland, Documenting and legalizing this belonging is done through a personal identity or passport, This document or certificate issued by the relevant state institutions is a nationality certificate, which means that this person is a citizen of a state, with the same rights and obligations as others, regardless of their religion, race, origin, or background, This is what is stipulated in the .
Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the United Nations documents for its signatory members.  The concept of nationality or citizenship, based on religious, ethnic, or gender affiliation, clashes with the concepts of equality and justice,The dominant religion in this region does not recognize homeland and citizenship because it is internationalist, nor does it recognize equality, but rather the justice of Sharia, It believes that justice can replace equality, Without going into lengthy explanation, we ask: Has this religion been able to establish justice among people or understand the concept of justice for fourteen centuries? What was the state of justice during that long period? We ask: How can conquest and occupation be considered justice? How can killing people be considered justice? How can paying the jizya while being humiliated be considered justice? Was the Pact of Umar just? Was the destruction of all the churches in Iraq by order of Caliph al-Mutawakkil just? Was enslavement just? Was slaughter just? Was burning Ali ibn Abi Talib just (light my fire and call out to Qanbar!!)? Is the killing of caliphs and assassinations justice? Volumes could be written about the contempt for justice, the lack of understanding of it, and their betrayal during this long era, There is no justice, no fairness, and no equality, They ask in the negative: Are the believer equal to the disbeliever? God forbid!  A child is born stateless and acquires citizenship immediately after birth, according to models that vary from country to country, A child is granted citizenship based on the citizenship of their parents, regardless of the place of birth, whether inside or outside the country, Alternatively, citizenship may be granted based on the principle of jus soli (right of place or territory), where citizenship is determined by the place of birth, irrespective of the parents’ nationality, For example, someone born in America is considered American, Each country has its own approach or philosophy regarding this matter, Furthermore, there is also the naturalization of adults, Each country has its own conditions stemming from its own interests and will in this regard, Some countries grant children their mother’s citizenship based primarily on the children’s affiliation with the mother, Other countries do not recognize or practice this, as is the case in Syria. In Syria, a mother cannot pass on her citizenship to her children, while the father can,  Due to religious background, the mother who gives life to the children cannot pass on her citizenship to them, What does it mean for an individual to hold the citizenship of a particular country?Holding the nationality of a country means that the holder of the nationality works for the benefit of the country, and any action that is hostile and contrary and serves other countries that are in a state of hostility or war with the country of the holder of the nationality is considered a resignation from the national identity and treason against the country, This matter compels the country concerned to take measures, including punishment, and for example, the revocation of nationality.
Therefore, it is not possible for Syrian individuals who helped the Turkish army to remain Syrian citizens, They invade  northern Syria for the benefit of Turkey, which means that they are in a state of continuous treason against the Syrian homeland  How should we deal with the Syrians who helped Turkey occupy their homeland? There is no doubt that trying them, whether in absentia or if they are arrested, is a moral and legal imperative  Any leniency or negligence in this regard can be considered a form of injustice against the nation , The   muslim   Brotherhood member who fights Syria under Erdogan’s banner has no right to Syrian citizenship, This situation is only comparable to Israel’s occupation of parts of Syria, and the assistance Israel receives from Syrians in carrying out this occupation!
