Triviality and its dominance, between political positions and political figures
Mamdouh Bitar, Othman Ly:

Triviality is not new to the world, it is for example a special characteristic of the so-called holy books transmitted from each other, as is the case with the books of other religions, in which triviality formed a large part of its legendary transmissions from the books of cousins. Here we can say that the spread of triviality has increased with the increase in the possibilities of social communication, and we can say that the tolerance of the culture of triviality in this age has decreased, and there are many reasons for this, including, for example, the fact that today’s world is primarily scientific, etc.
The decline in the ability and will to tolerate triviality has led to an increase in the sensitivity of some towards a trivial culture that usurps minds and qualifies these minds for superficiality. Here, sensitivity collided with the lack of cultural depth, i.e. triviality. That is, there is polarization and monopolization of triviality by the majority of populists. Then there is the front of culture and depth, which is stronger than the front of the general public and less numerous than the number or percentage of general populism, which depends on superficial indoctrination by the media, especially social media, which does not deliberately promote triviality, but does not resist the spread of triviality, because it is originally built on freedom of opinion and the protection of thought, whatever this thought may be and however it may be.
In short, there are many who have fallen into the trap of superficiality and triviality, and there are a few who are still committed to science, literature, work, and development for the better. There are many who have not been able to realize their transformation into a “commodity,” and there are a few who have realized this “commodity” development, but they do not confront “commodity” effectively and influentially in the required manner. This is what we notice on this page, which was not established decades ago to transmit sensational news about scandals such as murder, rape, injustice, etc., but rather to analyze and criticize this development using that news and not just transmitting social media news. Therefore, Siriano and Siriano Journal stipulated, for example, that the publication of any image, recorded video, or logo be accompanied by an explanatory, analytical, and critical text about what was stated in the image, recorded video, or logo. Unfortunately, Siriano and Siriano Journal were unable to impose the analytical and critical text in the required manner, and the presentation of the image, news video, or logo remained in some cases without explanation, clarification, analysis, or criticism. To be honest, it must be said that the development in this regard is somewhat positive, but it is slower than required. .
We have lived since ancient times and still live today with “triviality” that has exploited technological progress in an ugly way to spread and expand it. Triviality is complex and represents the rape of the mind, which technology has facilitated its generalization and even imposed its context and superficiality on societies, which represented a project to annihilate the mind at the hands of the pandemic of triviality and intellectual superficiality, then the “commodification” of triviality and turning it into a shop for selling illusions and crime in a market subject to the rules of material profit and loss. The shop of triviality does not care about deep scientific and moral thought that represents the source of good and beautiful values, and that shop does not care about enlightenment, but rather about profitable entertainment at the highest levels. In order to raise the level of material profit, triviality does not hesitate to employ gigantic material investment, even if this material investment leads to baseness instead of elevation. Baseness is not limited to entertainment, distancing from seriousness, and neglecting depth and ethics. It has expanded to include the issue of right and wrong, where the concept of the right of force has replaced the concept of the force of right, the concept of revenge has replaced The concept of forgiveness and pardon, then lying instead of honesty, surrendering to the crisis instead of facing the crisis and many other things, the spread of all of that was at its maximum among groups that do not work and think like the Arab groups, and which are not managed scientifically but religiously, they are managed dictatorially and not democratically, the only concern of the dictatorial forces is achieving the highest degree of personal gains such as money for example, what did the non-material Arab dictator want? And is it possible to tolerate the nonsense that these people vomit with every word that comes out of their mouths, these people, along with their ministers, followers and henchmen, have dedicated what is called “the culture or civilization of the spectacle” in the words of Mario Vargas Llosa, they are truly a spectacle that excites astonishment and wonder, how did these clowns manage to reach those political positions without possessing any of the characteristics of political “stature”!!! Can these developments in the culture of spectacle be limited to the ability of these clowns, or primarily to the ability of illiterate peoples addicted to submission to triviality and what it includes in terms of the entrenchment of corruption and slavery in the souls of many?
Here we have to ask about the type of Bedouin culture or civilization that was responsible for many peoples throughout the past decades, and was it possible for that Bedouin culture with its conquests, spoils of war, tribute, and the covenant of Umar to educate the public in a way that would enable this public to reject the triviality of the rulers or to rise up against the rulers representing the guardians of authority? As for what was said, “Whoever obeys me has obeyed God, and whoever disobeys has disobeyed God, and whoever obeys the prince has obeyed me, and whoever disobeys the prince has disobeyed me,” the masses raised in this manner are the masses of obedience and submission to triviality.
