The bombing falls under the heading of terrorist , from which the world has suffered greatly and from which the world has also been severely affected, It now seems that the export of explosives and bombings has been severely eroded and these practices are almost confined within terrorist or terrorist-promoting countries, We consider the marriage of minors and the thighing of infants to be a very bad type of terrorism or bombing aimed at distorting the human being, starting from childhood, who is forced to practice prostitution, i.e., child prostitution, without any awareness from the  girl  of what is being done to her, and thus without any ability to defend herself, A 24-month-old girl has no awareness of what is called the Convention on the Rights of the Child, which came into effect in 1990. A girl at this age has not read Khomeini’s book Tahrir al-Wasilah and the definition it contains of what is permissible and what is forbidden, such as {It is not permissible to have intercourse with a wife before she completes nine years (i.e., eight islamic years and some months), As for all other pleasures, such as touching with lust, kissing, embracing, and thighing, there is nothing  wrong with them until  With the infant  } 

     The Iraqi parliament insisted on amending Article 188 of the Personal Status Law to allow a man to marry up to four women with the utmost ease, and to marry a two-year-old infant girl and enjoy her through sexual intercourse, provided that she is consummated at the age of nine, following the example set by the former, The amendment gives clerics absolute authority to deal with personal status issues as they wish, The Iraqi Personal Status Law does not differ radically from the personal status laws in other Arab countries, The question here is how will Iraq and other countries confront the United Nations resolutions stipulated in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the Universal Declaration of the Rights of the Child, Both declarations set a minimum age that permits marriage and prohibits polygamy, Iraq signed this agreement, but it had reservations about the point of a child changing his religious affiliation later, because such a change is inconsistent with Sharia, which always proves to be weak and contradictory, What does “To you be your religion, and to me mine” mean here?

  We don’t know how a nine-year-old girl can do the housework and then the marital homework, let alone the duties towards the children, Those who want to legalize the marriage of minors after amending Article 188 of the Personal Status Law are terrorizing society by creating unsolvable problems, and it is not even possible to discuss them because they are positioned in the realm of the sacred and the realm of obedience and submission, It has been proven that any criticism of the references promoting the marriage of minors is met with the accusation of contempt of religion, and this accusation in itself is terrorism, The saying “And argue with them in ways that are best” is a giant fabrication, especially when this saying is faced with the slogan “He who argues with us with pens, we respond with bullets,” which expresses reality in its ugliest form.

The dead have taken over the responsibility of ruling the living in this region, What is constant in an evolving life is necessarily dead, Evolving politics is necessarily alive as long as it remains evolving,There is no real faith in life without discussion and evidence, and constant evidence is dead by nature, Thus, the communities of believers in the validity of all times and places, i.e., the eternal constant, have turned into graves the size of the geography in which they live,The problem is not that the role model 1440 years ago married a six-year-old girl, All of that is dead, The problem is the continued practice of male terrorism of the female sex, i.e., the girl, starting from being a child until she becomes an old woman, This is what is intended by amending Article 188 of the Iraqi Personal Status Law.

   Thighing a child or even an infant is nothing but one of the most despicable forms of terrorism known to humanity, The importance of thighing does not lie in it being an individual act, because it is not individual, but rather collective, and legal provisions guarantee its practice, not only in Iraq but in most Arab countries, which have not issued official statistical results on the marriage of minors and thighing, but it is noticeable on social media platforms that there is a majority that does not find thighing and the marriage of minors any problem, There is a second category of patchers who advise against raising topics of this type due to their sensitivity, so silence must be practiced or the search must be directed to other more important issues, as if there is something more important than unparalleled vileness, vileness that even animals abstain from practicing, The patchers are originally supporters of thighing, but they are somewhat ashamed and want to avoid scandal, The third category is the category that rejects and resists the suicide of humanization on the altar of Vileness and baseness, which are legally legitimized in entities that have been transformed into pens of creatures worse than savages.

On what values ​​and rules is the legislation of these practices based? And what is the source of these values? And in what terms can and should this source be described? Is describing this source as degenerate a disparagement of its value, hatred for it, contempt for its religion, or something else? Is contempt for the source enough? We are not patchworkers who are satisfied with contempt, We fight the legalization of thigh-trapping and the marriage of minors by all possible means, even with state violence, The violence that Max Weber considered a monopoly of the state does not mean not using methods of exposure and awareness, which may be more effective than any other means, especially in the medium and long term, The means of exposure includes removing the veil from moral decadence and ceasing attempts to reform religion, as the sacred religion is not subject to change or development. Here, all ties to the state and its laws must be severed, It is not enough to exclude religion from places of worship, but rather we must become familiar with the content of Friday sermons, Instead of becoming familiar with those sermons, Ataturk decided to formulate a single sermon to be read by every sheikh in every mosque, And whoever deviates from that sermon will be punished severely as it is a crime, Here, those who accept it or promote it must also be punished, not just those who practice it,The one who remains silent about crimes is a criminal, and the one who remains silent about the Brotherhood is an Ikhwani, because silence encourages the Ikhwani to persist in his crimes, We do not care about the so-called accusation of blasphemy directed at us, because blasphemy is not an accusation, but rather a description of a   reality that we acknowledge with complete frankness and clarity, We are extremists in defending freedom, but freedom is not animalistic, We disbelieve in tyranny and we disbelieve in the assault on human rights.

We do not think that Khomeiniism was the only source of this moral tragedy, as all other groups with an approach taken from those who wanted to complete the virtues of morality by marrying a six-year-old child, adopt the legitimacy of practices of this type that represent rape in its most hideous forms, Raping a child is far more hideous than raping an adult, who is sometimes able, to a limited extent, to defend herself, unlike the child, who is helpless and powerless, and does not even realize what is being done to her.
