Where will these peoples reach the practice of crime as a punishment, killing by hanging or amputation of the head because of the “stray” ideas, i.e. the ideas different from the ideas of Khamenei or the Sheikh of Al-Azhar or Ibn Abdullah, to where these peoples will reach self-deception, by saying that this does not belong to the teachings of religion, and if it does not belong to the teachings of religion, then delete it and do not cite it, and get out of the spiral of killing and heinousness and deny the legitimacy of murder.

We imagine these miserable peoples between a visible killer and an undercover killer, in practice, there are peacemakers between “killers”, that is, some groups are in a predicament, and there is no exit from this impasse, except by announcing killing whatever its source and whatever the practice of a rejected crime whatever the circumstances, murder is not a punishment, it is itself an absolute crime that cannot and should not be put in the balance of proportionality, murder is absolute evil, so the penalty or the crime of execution must be removed from the penal laws, the individual is not allowed to kill, and the state is not allowed to kill, the state that kills the legitimization of murder and thus legitimizes crime, from this point of view, the laws and constitutions of many countries have moved away from the death penalty.

Sharia has always remained a source of laws such as the limit of bayonetism and the limit of apostasy and the limit of fighting the polytheists and then the concept of jihad for the sake of God, etc., the reliance on the positive civil law will remain impedible, amputated and dwarfed, can not get out of the legitimate degeneration only by exiting from the Sharia completely separation between religion and the state, whose features in many cases to the form and level of Daesh.
